Here is an interesting bit of the story called Evolution!
Eons and Eons back( 130,000 yrs ago!) lived people called ” Homo neanderthalis”( i know! its a mouthful!), who had a brain slightly larger than our own. They were the first humans that left behind some evidence of caring for fellow ones.They led a happy life till 50,000 yrs ago. Then came into picture people called “Cro Magnons”, who with their far superior technology and brains displaced, killed, infected the Neanderthals.
Neanderthals — disappeared!
Well, that is how in the evolution the “brainy” people caused the extinction of their earlier versions.
Now, there is going to a twist in the tale of evolution before it evolves any further.
The 31st century humans are going to be non-existent —- thanks to the far superior technology and brains of the 21st Century humans also called ” Homo Global warmers”
