What all the ‘male’ species has to do to get hold of a ‘mate!’.
One of the best shots in the Planet Earth series. This was shot in one of the Jungles of Papua Guinea. Both the camera’man’ and the male bird waited for almost 10 days for the female to come and see the male bird’s dance! Apparently, the men in and around this jungle stick the feathers of the bird of paradise and do the same dance for their partners! :)
